Micro-Retreat in London, Ontario
You need a break.
You need time away to recharge your batteries.
You need to hide from your kids, partner, work and the rest of the world.
Just for a little while.
(Or maybe longer, but right now, a little while is good enough).
Self-care is totally at the bottom of your to-do list (or maybe it’s not even on the list).
You’ve tried “typical” self-care (manicures, yoga, meditation) and you’re still burnt out.
It is time to shake things up.
It is micro-retreat time.
It is time to:
- Reunite with joy in your life
- Create a self-care plan that you can begin immediately
- Banish the guilt (and other mind junk) that is tied to self-care
- Gather with a small, supportive group of women (limit of 6 participants)
The micro-retreat is led by Dr. Agnes Wainman, the Self-Care Activist. She knows what it is like to be burnt out. She has also figured out how to get blissed out and wants to share it with you.
